Radium Springs
Services include medical, dental and behavioral health care to all ages. No patient is denied services due to inability to pay.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Tuesday and Thursday - 8:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.
Appointments can be made by contacting us at 526-6200. Primary care service area for the BAHC in Radium Springs includes the communities of Radium Springs and Dona Ana as well as the surrounding area.
The primary care clinic is located at 12080 L.B. Lindbeck Rd, right next to the Community Center.
Staff
The staff at this site consists of: a Front Office Manager, 2 Medical Providers, 1 Dental Provider,
and a Behavioral Health Provider.

James Lopez, PA
James Lopez, PA has been providing medical services at the Ben Archer Health Center Radium Springs
Clinic since September of 2009.
He completed his medical training at University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico and
specializes in Family Medicine.
He provides care to patients of all ages: from newborn to adult.
Dominic Tellez, PA
Dominic Tellez, PA has been providing medical services at the Ben Archer Health Center Radium Springs
Clinic since September of 2009.
He completed his medical training at University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico and
specializes in Family Medicine.
